In normal operation an AC/AC UPS system runs mainly on the utility AC power supply. Inverter system is stand-by and operates only at AC failures.
The Static Switch permits a smooth switch over between battery backed up supply and utility supplied AC power supply.
Can be remote controlled to permit selection between on-line or off-line applications. A manual by-pass can also be provided.
